Han's Vest - When Han is frozen into Carbonite, he is wearing a vest. When he wakes up in Return of the Jedi, he is not wearing a vest.
Tied Up - Right before Han is frozen he is shown with his wrists tied together. When his body is shown frozen in Carbonite, his hands are sticking out in a way that would not have been possible.
Imperial Officers - Near the end of the movie on Vader's Star Destroyer, the rank symbols of the Imperial Officers keep changing sides.
